Why Our Warranty Matters:

We understand that buying a refurbished laptop should come with the same confidence as buying new. That’s why all our refurbished laptops and desktops are backed by a 12-month hardware warranty and 3-months for the battery. This covers key components like the screen, RAM, motherboard, SSD or HDD, speakers, camera or any issues like the products cannot be turned on or there is no display giving you full assurance that your device is protected.
While we cover hardware issues, our warranty does not include accidental damage and software issues, such as file sharing issues, software integration and compatibility issues, server issues, security and access control issues, cloud storage and collaboration platform problems, unlicensed software, user related software errors, drops, water spills, or any other human errors. We encourage all our customers to handle their devices with care to ensure long-lasting performance.
